Bistro Merenda is our peaceful little dining room, above the hum of the wine bar, where guests are treated to a gently paced and generous set menu that pays homage to the special produce of our region and those neighbouring.
Each week, our kitchen team works closely with our network of small local farmers and producers to source the best produce available at that moment.
MENU
Our four course menu is underpinned by classic Mediterranean country cooking and informed by our woodfired grill, in-house cured charcuterie, local seasonal vegetables, sustainably sourced seafood, house baked bread and pastry, fresh dairy & preserves. The menu is $110 per person.
On Monday evenings, we like to keep it relaxed and offer a 2 course menu for $65 pp.
Bookings for the bistro are highly recommended.
WINE
To accompany your meal, we have amassed an enviable collection of wines from the very best Victorian producers, benchmark Australian estates and wonderful small domaines across France, Italy, Spain & Germany. Wines are available by the glass or the bottle and each week we offer a 4 glass wine pairing, for $95 pp, with a selection of wines that suit the week’s menu perfectly.
DIETARIES
When making a booking please be sure to list any dietary requirements for yourself or anyone in your party. We will be unable to cater for surprise dietaries and allergies on the day. We cannot cater to vegan or allium free diets and we do not have a children’s menu or high chairs.
