The menu at Bar Merenda is derived from the very best produce that is available that week, from local, ethical farmers, gardeners & producers as well as sustainable Australian fisheries. The menu is very dynamic, and changes every week depending on the seasons and cycles that our network of farmers, growers, and fishermen experience. No two meals at Bar Merenda will be the same!

Our local farmers and producers are small in their scale, and mighty in their dedication to best agricultural practices with a focus on land regeneration, biodiversity, eschewing the use of chemicals and (most importantly) deliciousness. The beating heart of Bar Merenda is a carefully curated collection of wines that has been amassed by owner Andy over his many years in the world of wine. The collection starts with a large selection from some of Victoria’s finest artisan wine producers both established and emerging. From here there is a wide range of bottles from the great regions of Australia, France, Italy, Germany & Spain.

In addition to the wine list, we also offer a constantly rotating selection of wines by the glass, beer, cocktails, aperitivi and digestivi.
